Group Therapy

Yoga for Mental Wellness

Our yoga for mental health classes is an alternative and therapeutic way to care for your mind and body. At The Collective, we offer private and group yoga classes; no experience is necessary! Yoga can be an excellent way to manage anxiety, depression, sleep issues, and even past trauma. Our instructors are here to meet you wherever you are. Psychiatry Services
We offer comprehensive psychiatry and medication management services. In combination with therapy or alone, psychiatry may be the best course of action for some. Our psychiatrists will ensure a proper diagnosis, treatment, and, if necessary, a medication plan. We treat conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.
