I was born in Denver in 1971, and I’m a Physician Assistant, a husband, and a father to 2 great kids and one great dog. After a decade in medicine- whether it was the emergency room, urgent care or sports medicine- I learned that the quality of a person’s mental health is the most crucial ingredient in their overall health and success. Since then, I’ve become certified as a life coach and moved into the much more rewarding field of psychiatry where I’m able to directly help clients improve their mental and emotional fitness. With these they can improve their physical fitness, their relational fitness, their spiritual fitness, their financial fitness and any other part of their life they want to upgrade. My focus is on helping clients reduce their stress, have faith in themselves, and live with the confidence and purpose necessary to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
When I’m not in the office, reading a book or hanging with my family, I’m out in nature- climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding, or playing ultimate.
