Jordan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a trauma-informed and insured Yoga Therapist (RYT-200HR) and she specializes in mind/body/spirit awareness and connectivity. Jordan hopes to build a safe space for clients in which they can develop and build skills of mental clarity and detach from thoughts and emotions that have negatively impacted growth and development in their personal lives and relationships with others.
Jordan’s approach as a therapist is unique, intuitive, compassionate, and spiritual. She has mastered the ability to find calm within chaos through the utilization of mindfulness-based therapy approaches. She has had the pleasure of working with individuals in crisis-state at inpatient behavioral health hospitals, as well as outpatient & private settings. The purpose of her holistic approach is to increase mindfulness/joy and decrease depression/anxiety. The root of all healing begins within, in the heart space. Self-love is a skill that you can learn at any age or time.
