I believe the therapeutic process can be enlightening, challenging, at times uncomfortable, but ultimately transformative and healing. My hope for the relationship we co create in this process as therapist and client is that you feel affirmed, cared for, safe, and valued. Through a holistic perspective that integrates the mind, body, and spirit, I aim to empower my clients to identify and realign with their values in order to achieve their goals and express their most authentic selves.
I believe you are the expert on YOU and will strive to encourage a partnership that places your needs and hopes at the center of our work together.
