Tina's approach to counseling is supportive, dynamic and collaborative. She believes that the client/therapist relationship is critical to the therapeutic process and that together you can build upon strengths to help you alleviate problem behaviors, feel better and make lasting changes. She believes that we are all unique, and therefore utilize a variety of techniques in session based on the needs of the client. These interventions derive from evidence-based practices such as Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential/Play Therapy and Systems Theory.
