Tracy Stuart
MA, LPC
Tracy has over 20 years of experience in the mental health
profession. She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety,
depression, and women's issues, and her experience stems
from a variety of career experiences, which include: outpatient
therapy, working with at-risk youth and their families, working in
university and college settings, working with veterans, and
providing care in diverse array of settings. Through all of her
training and experience, she discovered a passion for helping
people to heal from life traumas.
The core philosophy that drives Tracy’s work with clients is her
belief that she can help clients find solutions from within
themselves. Therapy can be the needed key to unlock those
solutions and Tracy provides a safe place for people to address
what is causing them distress. Kindness, honesty, and a deep
desire to see people transformed from pain and suffering drives
her work. Since life can be complex and change at a moment’s
notice, Tracy helps clients to develop a toolbox of many
effective forms of coping skills. Tracy’s modalities of care
include: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution
focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Therapy (RET).
